Mattresses accept only twin extra-long sheets. Each bed has a wooden frame measuring 36” wide x 80" long. Typical “square” (B and C) rooms measure 10’ wide x 11’-6” long where standard 3' x 5' or 5' x 8' rugs easily fit. Room dimensions vary, but typical “long” (A and D) bedrooms measure 8’-6” wide x 20’ long.Please review room amenities below for the most up-to-date information. McConnell is air conditioned and equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi. Each suite consists of two to four bedrooms one to two bathrooms a living room and a kitchenette containing a full-size refrigerator, sink, microwave, and cabinet space for suite residents to share. McConnell Hall is arranged with all suites opening to inside corridors that overlook a central, open courtyard. Constructed in 1980 and most recently renovated in 2022, McConnell Hall features community lounges with a kitchen on each floor, laundry rooms located on Floors 2 to 4, and a 24-hour information/security desk. Located near our vegan, vegetarian and kosher-style dining hall, Marty’s Place, McConnell Residence Hall is a four-story building at the corner of Coming and Wentworth Streets. And get ready to enjoy the beautiful courtyard! Get excited! McConnell got a fresh new look over the summer, including new flooring, living room furniture and paint.
